Do you prefer when games are based on actual locations?  How close to reality do you like them?  Do you like more of a fantasy look or realistic?

I prefer games based on actual locations, if the game is located on Earth.

I was leaning towards this as well. Now I am wondering if it should be a place with a mix of small towns and wilderness for a more isolating effect or go with a larger city or tourist type place for more fun exploration.
